Do I need to pay for my ride in advance? No. At Swiss Lux Ride, we believe in a service-first approach. No advance payment is required to secure your booking.

How do I pay for my journey? Payment can be made conveniently at the time of pickup directly to your chauffeur. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Are your prices fixed? Yes. The quote you receive at the time of booking is all-inclusive. It covers VAT, tolls, fuel, and standard waiting times. There are no “Swiss surprises” or hidden fees.

Where will I meet my chauffeur at the airport? Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrival hall, immediately after you clear customs, holding a personalized nameplate with your name or company logo.

What happens if my flight is delayed? We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be automatically adjusted so that your chauffeur is there exactly when you land, at no extra cost.

How much waiting time is included? For airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time. For all other locations (hotels, offices, residences), we include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

Do you provide child seats? Absolutely. Safety is our priority. We provide infant, child, and booster seats upon request at no additional charge. Please mention your requirements in the “Special Requests” section when booking.

Is there Wi-Fi in the vehicles? Yes. All our vehicles, from the Tesla Model Y to our Luxury Coaches, are equipped with secure, high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your journey.

What is your smoking policy? To maintain our high standards of cleanliness and comfort, all vehicles in our fleet are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping).

Can I change my pickup time or route? Yes. You can modify your booking by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. We recommend providing at least 12 hours’ notice for major changes to ensure vehicle availability.

What is your cancellation policy? Standard transfers can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Please refer to our full [Cancellation Policy] page for details regarding group tours and coaches.
