  • No Upfront Deposit: Your credit card has not been charged, and no advance bank transfer is required.

  • Payment Timing: Payment is settled directly with your chauffeur at the start of your journey (at the time of pickup).

    • Contactless: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

    • Cash: Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR).

4. Important Information

  • Flight Delays: We are monitoring your flight. If you are delayed, do not worry; your chauffeur will adjust the pickup time automatically.

  • Wait Time: Your booking includes 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport and 15 minutes at all other locations.

  • Contact Your Chauffeur: You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS with your driver’s direct mobile number 2 hours before pickup.
