1. Standard Transfers (Point-to-Point)
This applies to Airport Transfers, City Transfers, and Hourly Chauffeur Services for Sedans, SUVs, and Vans (up to 7 passengers).

Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellation (Under 24 hours): Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before pickup will incur a charge of 50% of the total fare.

Last Minute / No-Show (Under 12 hours): Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup, or failure to show at the designated location, will be charged 100% of the total fare.
2. Multi-Day Tours & Large Vehicles
This applies to the 9-Day Grand Swiss Tour and bookings involving the Mercedes Sprinter (17-seater) or Luxury Coach (52-seater).

Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days before the start of the service.

Partial Charge: Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the service will incur a 50% charge.

Full Charge: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the total fare.
3. Flight Delays and Cancellations

Flight Delays: We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time at no extra cost.

Flight Cancellations: If your flight is canceled by the airline, please notify us immediately. If we are notified before the chauffeur has departed for the airport, we will offer a full credit for a future booking or a refund (minus a small administrative processing fee).
4. Weather & Safety Cancellations
The safety of our passengers and chauffeurs is our absolute priority. In the event of extreme weather conditions (e.g., severe alpine blizzards or road closures) that make travel unsafe, Swiss Lux Ride reserves the right to cancel a service. In such rare cases:

You will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule your journey.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used during booking. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
