Welcome to Swiss Lux Ride. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all transfers, chauffeur services, and multi-day tours provided by Swiss Lux Ride, headquartered in Willisau, Luzern.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• Reservations: All bookings must be made via our website, email, or WhatsApp. A booking is considered “Confirmed” only after you receive a written confirmation from us.

• Accuracy: The client is responsible for providing accurate pickup times, flight numbers, and destination addresses. Swiss Lux Ride is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Fixed Rates: Our quotes are all-inclusive (VAT, tolls, fuel, and standard insurance) unless otherwise stated.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

• Additional Charges: Any significant changes to the route or additional stops requested during the journey will be charged at our standard hourly rates.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. To maintain our fleet availability, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Standard Transfers: * Up to 24 hours before pickup: Free Cancellation.

  • Less than 24 hours: 50% of the total fare.

  • Less than 12 hours or No-Show: 100% of the total fare.

• Multi-Day Tours & Large Vehicles (Sprinter/Coach):

  • Up to 7 days before: Free Cancellation.

  • 2–7 days before: 50% of the total fare.

  • Less than 48 hours: 100% of the total fare.

4. Wait Time & Flight Delays

• Airport Pickups: We provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from the actual flight arrival time (tracked via our system).

• Non-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included.

• Excess Wait: Beyond the complimentary period, waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.

5. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Damage

• Safety: All passengers must wear seatbelts according to Swiss law.

• Smoking/Vaping: All vehicles in our fleet are strictly non-smoking.

• Damages: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle (interior or exterior) by themselves or their guests. A cleaning fee (minimum CHF 200) applies for excessive mess or spills.

6. Liability

• Force Majeure: Swiss Lux Ride is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, traffic accidents, road closures, or flight diversions.

• Missed Flights: While we strive for absolute punctuality, we are not liable for missed flights or connections. We recommend clients allow ample time for airport transfers.

7. Data Protection (nFADP)

Your privacy is paramount. We process personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by Swiss law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the courts of Luzern.
